Q. What's the first thing one should do in the morning to kickstart the day?
A. Contemplation is the best form of meditation. An active cup of contemplation creates the right inspiration to energize the day.

Q. Handy tips to banish the 'lonely' feeling?
A. Loneliness is the by-product of a past bitterness in relationship. The fear of not wanting to enter into a relationship is constantly conflicted with a need to fulfill a relationship. Put yourself out there!
Relationships break because of not understanding that people are not difficult, but people are different. Rather than wanting to resist any attempt for making new relationship, one should to value their current relationships.


Q. How to add spice to fading relations?
A. When two countries fight, a LOC (Line of Control) is created to restrict entry. When two people fight, is there a LOC? Yes! It is called a LOR, Line of Respect. When the LOR is crossed, the fight begins.Crossing the LOR creates bitterness in relationships. To the degree one judiciously stays within the LOR, to that degree relationships are spiced up with love and joy.

Q. How to deal with failure?
A. As famously put 'Try try till you succeed'. Adopt this mantra to your life and see yourself going places. Failure is just the stepping stone to success, rise above it and change your course.
What the society needs today is not an eye transplant but a vision transplant. An eye transplant grants the gift of sight and a vision transplant grants the gift of direction.

Q. If you had to pinpoint three 'life hacks' that can make you happy, what will they be?
A. Hack through your life's difficulties with these three axes - Keep your expectations in alignment with the realities of life Don't ever hand over the remote control of your life to another to browse your emotions 
Remember, if you desire what you deserve, it will come to you. But if you desire what you don't deserve, you will run after it.


Q. What role does diet play in keeping the mind healthy and fit?
A. Good diet as much influences the mind as much as positive thoughts influence the body. Three ounces of juicy, fatty, wholesome and nutritious food along with ten ounces of positive thinking and prayer of gratitude is the right diet to keep the mind healthy and fit.
