The State Bank of India (SBI) announced the results of its Clerk 2016 preliminary examination on 17 Jun 2016. Candidates, who have qualified for the main examination will have to download their call letters from the state-run banks’s official website .
How to download call letters:
- Go to the official website
- Click on the link leading to the ‘career’ section of the website
- Check the latest announcements and click on the fourth dot at the bottom
- Now click on ‘call letter for candidates qualified for Main exam’ to go to the login page
- Enter the required details like registration number/roll number and password/date of birth
- Click on login
- Your call letter will be displayed on the screen if you have cleared the preliminary exam

The call letters will be online from June 17 to June 26. The main exam will be conducted on June 25 and June 26 as per information on the site.
The preliminary exam was held between May 22 and June 5 for the recruitment of 18,000 junior associates and junior agricultural associates in the state-run bank. Lakhs of students applied for the exam from across the country.
Those who have qualified in the preliminary will be allowed to appear in the main, which is the second stage of the exam.
